Formed in 2020 to meet the demand of our growing Latin American client base, our highly skilled, experienced Spanish-speaking Tech Support team is standing by, ready and able to address your every need. We've trained this expanded staff to specialize in all the functions related to our software, such as Server setup, GIS map building, training, report generation, computer upgrades, troubleshooting, and more. Our Latin American team offers full coverage during our normal business hours. When you contact our tech support, we'll hook you up with a member of our team that knows exactly how to address your problem, and who can talk to you in your own language to get your problem resolved as fast as possible.

A native Spanish speaker, Socrates leverages considerable engineering credentials, including: a degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería, Managua Nicaragua; he’s a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and a VMware Certified Professional DataCenter Virtualization and Desktop Virtualization Engineer.


POSM GIS Specialist Octavio

Octavio knows his way around all aspects of POSM Server and is the company expert on MapReader/GIS. He is our go-to on the team to assist our customers integrating their city map into POSM, and using POSM with their city’s asset management software.
